A colorful and fun no-bake dessert that combines the classic flavors of a strawberry banana split with a magical twist.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pink, blue, and purple gel food coloring
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Maraschino cherries
- White chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and spread over crust.
- Add the Fruit Layers: Layer sliced bananas over cheesecake, followed by sliced strawberries.
- Prepare the Unicorn Whipped Topping: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Divide and tint with food coloring, swirl together gently, and spread over fruit.
- Decorate & Chill: Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles and top with cherries and optional chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve chilled, cut into squares.
Notes
For best results, whip the cream to stiff peaks and use fresh fruit. Feel free to mix the fruit toppings.
