Description

A fun twist on traditional pizza featuring tzatziki sauce, tender chicken, and fresh veggies on crispy naan or flatbread.


Ingredients

  • 2 naan or flatbreads
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup cucumber, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the naan or flatbreads with olive oil.
  3. Place the naan on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread tzatziki sauce over the naan.
  5. Top with cooked chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the chicken is heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to retain crispness.
