A fun twist on traditional pizza featuring tzatziki sauce, tender chicken, and fresh veggies on crispy naan or flatbread.
Ingredients

- 2 naan or flatbreads
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup cucumber, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the naan or flatbreads with olive oil.
- Place the naan on a baking sheet.
- Spread tzatziki sauce over the naan.
- Top with cooked chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced cucumber.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the chicken is heated through.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to retain crispness.
