Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberries, and crunchy vanilla wafers, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz (475 ml) heavy cream
  • 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (about 12 oz)
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Crush about 2/3 of the box of vanilla wafers in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fully blended.
  5. In serving cups or a large trifle dish, layer crushed vanilla wafers, cheesecake mixture, and sliced strawberries, starting with crushed wafers.
  6. Repeat layers until reaching the top of the dish.
  7. Refrigerate trifle until ready to serve to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve cold and garnish with additional strawberries for decoration. Can be prepared a day in advance.
