A delightful dessert combining creamy cheesecake, sweet strawberries, and crunchy vanilla wafers, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz (475 ml) heavy cream
- 14 oz (396 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 box vanilla wafers (about 12 oz)
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Crush about 2/3 of the box of vanilla wafers in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fully blended.
- In serving cups or a large trifle dish, layer crushed vanilla wafers, cheesecake mixture, and sliced strawberries, starting with crushed wafers.
- Repeat layers until reaching the top of the dish.
- Refrigerate trifle until ready to serve to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Serve cold and garnish with additional strawberries for decoration. Can be prepared a day in advance.
