Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)

Instructions

  1. Pulse the strawberries in a blender or food processor until almost pureed, leaving some small chunks for texture. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  4. Gently stir the pureed strawberries into the cream cheese mixture. Carefully fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mousse into bowls and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
