  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves

  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to smooth out any creases. Cut the pastry into 12 equal squares and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square. Add a small dollop of raspberry jam on top.
  5. Gently fold the corners of each square toward the center, pressing lightly to seal.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown and puffed.
  7. Allow the pastries to cool on a wire rack. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
