Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  5. Let the balls cool for a few minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar to coat. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
