Description

A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy peanut butter, rich cream cheese, and a chocolatey crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 68 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and sugar. Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla, and beat until fluffy.
  3. Spoon filling into the chilled crust and smooth out. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream together until smooth. Drizzle over the pie and top with chopped peanut butter cups.
  5. Slice and enjoy! Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.

Notes

Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or crushed peanuts. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
