Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring milk, rice, sugar, and salt to a gentle simmer. Stir often for 35–45 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Stir in vanilla and yolks (if using), then remove from heat.
- Pour into ramekins and cool slightly.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top and broil until bubbly and golden.
- Add a fresh strawberry and serve warm or chilled.
Notes
