Description

Easy and refreshing No-Bake Key Lime Parfaits layered with creamy lime filling and crunchy graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
  • Lime zest (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until fully blended. Set aside.
  2. Make the Key Lime Filling: In a food processor, whip the cold heavy cream until it thickens, then add the cream cheese in chunks and process until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice, processing until creamy.
  3. Assemble the Parfaits: In each parfait jar, layer 2 tablespoons of graham cracker mixture, followed by 1/4 cup of key lime mixture. Repeat the layers.
  4. Chill: Cover parfaits and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to set.
  5. Prepare the Topping: Whip the heavy cream with confectioner’s sugar until soft peaks form.
  6. Serve: Top each parfait with whipped cream and garnish with lime zest. Enjoy!
