  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • Banana slices for garnish
  • Walnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix this with your dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into greased cake pans.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Once baked, let the cakes cool. Then layer them with the cream cheese frosting.
  7. Garnish the cake with banana slices and extra walnuts before serving.
