A delicious and refreshing pasta salad combining tender chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables in creamy ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 8 oz whole wheat or chickpea pasta (fusilli, rotini, or penne)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Add ranch dressing and mix until everything is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, add green onions for garnish.
- Serve chilled.

Use leftover chicken for quicker prep. Customize vegetables based on preference.
