A refreshing twist on traditional pizza that combines the sweetness of watermelon with savory Greek toppings, perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

  • 1 large round slice of seedless watermelon (cut 1-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional drizzle)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay the watermelon slice flat on a cutting board.
  2. Cut it into 6–8 wedges, similar to pizza slices.
  3. Top each wedge with diced cherry tomatoes and sliced olives.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  5. Add chopped fresh mint for a burst of flavor.
  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil if desired, and add a pinch of sea salt if you like.
  7. Serve chilled on a slate board or platter and enjoy!
