Ingredients

- 1 large round slice of seedless watermelon (cut 1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional drizzle)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Lay the watermelon slice flat on a cutting board.
- Cut it into 6–8 wedges, similar to pizza slices.
- Top each wedge with diced cherry tomatoes and sliced olives.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
- Add chopped fresh mint for a burst of flavor.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil if desired, and add a pinch of sea salt if you like.
- Serve chilled on a slate board or platter and enjoy!
