Description
Delicious protein-packed cereal bars combining the crunch of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with gooey marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 8 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- 1/2 cup butter
- 16 oz marshmallows (1 large bag)
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, melted for drizzling)
- 2/3 cup egg white vanilla protein powder (or 2 scoops whey protein)
Instructions
- Melt 1/2 cup butter in a large non-stick pot over low-medium heat. Add most of the marshmallows, stirring continuously until almost melted.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the remaining marshmallows and protein powder until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal until each piece is evenly coated.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased 8×8 pan. Top with marshmallow fluff, then press remaining mixture over the fluff.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
- Let chill until set, then slice and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
