Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with festive eggnog flavors, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for topping
  • Nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the cream cheese mixture and continue beating until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let it set.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg for garnish.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for smoother mixing. You can use store-bought eggnog. For gluten-free, use gluten-free graham crackers. Can be frozen for up to two months.
