Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the springform pan to create the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes and let it cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  5. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  6. Stir in the mashed bananas and sour cream.
  7. Add eggs one at a time, beating until the mixture is smooth.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, keeping the center slightly jiggly.
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  12. Before serving, top with caramel sauce, chopped peanuts, and banana slices.

Notes

For more flavor, add extra caramel sauce or whipped cream on top before serving.
