- 250g wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 100g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 200g sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 50g chocolate powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a pan with butter.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and creamy.
- Add the melted butter and milk, mixing until incorporated.
- Stir in the wheat flour and baking powder until homogeneous.
- Separate half of the dough and mix in the chocolate powder.
- Alternate layers of the white and chocolate dough in the pan.
- Create a marble effect with a fork.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Serve plain or dusted with powdered sugar. Pairs well with coffee or tea.
