- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (for streusel topping)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (for streusel topping)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2–3 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 13×9 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat in softened butter until crumbly. Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk; mix until fluffy. Pour into prepared dish.
- For the cinnamon filling, mix softened butter, flour, sugar, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Scoop over the cinnamon filling.
- For the streusel topping, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter, then flour and mix until combined. Sprinkle over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
- Slice and serve!

Ensure butter and eggs are at room temperature for better mixing. Refrigerate the cake after baking to enhance flavors.
