Description

Delicious Creamy White Chicken Enchiladas with tender chicken wrapped in soft tortillas and smothered in a rich sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheese.
  3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and pour a white sauce over the top if desired.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot.
