- 2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate chip cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch round cake pan to form the crust.
- Place the crust in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set.
- Once the crust is set, remove it from the freezer and spread half of the ice cream over the crust.
- Evenly distribute the cookie dough over the ice cream layer.
- Add the remaining ice cream on top and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy your delicious creation!
Notes
You can add extra chocolate chips or whipped cream on top for a fun presentation. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
