Description

A delightful combination of creamy vanilla ice cream, gooey cookie dough, and a crunchy chocolate chip cookie crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate chip cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch round cake pan to form the crust.
  2. Place the crust in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set.
  3. Once the crust is set, remove it from the freezer and spread half of the ice cream over the crust.
  4. Evenly distribute the cookie dough over the ice cream layer.
  5. Add the remaining ice cream on top and smooth it out.
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top.
  7. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Before serving, let the cake sit at room temperature for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy your delicious creation!

Notes

You can add extra chocolate chips or whipped cream on top for a fun presentation. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
