A delicious and healthy twist on a classic favorite, combining egg salad with crispy bacon and fresh lettuce.
Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 8–10 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- Freshly cracked black pepper, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Spoon egg salad into each romaine leaf. Top with cherry tomato halves and bacon crumbles.
- Finish with a sprinkle of freshly cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh. Store egg salad separately to prevent lettuce from becoming soggy.
