Description

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh mozzarella balls
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 23 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
