A delicious no-bake cake featuring layers of creamy filling, fresh bananas, and a drizzle of caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press it into the bottom of a cake pan to form a crust.
  2. Layer the sliced bananas over the crust.
  3. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream mixture over the banana layer.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and refrigerate for 240 minutes.
  7. Garnish with extra banana slices and a drizzle of caramel before serving.

Notes

For best taste, use ripe bananas. This cake can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
