- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press it into the bottom of a cake pan to form a crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas over the crust.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream mixture over the banana layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and refrigerate for 240 minutes.
- Garnish with extra banana slices and a drizzle of caramel before serving.
Notes
For best taste, use ripe bananas. This cake can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated.
