- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in the grated zucchini and shredded cheese.
- Add the milk gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Pat into a circle about 1 inch thick and cut into wedges or rounds.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
