Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, layer the sliced zucchinis, then sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheeses on top.
