- 50g Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 50g Small onion
- 1 Egg
- 100ml Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 100g Flour (2/3 cup)
- Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grate the carrot and zucchini.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrot, zucchini, finely chopped onion, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Top with grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated zucchini to avoid a soggy bake. You can use other types of cheese or add herbs and spices for extra flavor.
