Description

A refreshing and colorful pasta salad packed with fresh vegetables and a zesty dressing, perfect for summer outings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, zucchini, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Add the cooled rotini pasta to the bowl.
  4. Pour in the Italian dressing and stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
