- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Orange slices for garnish
- Cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water and stir it into the orange juice.
- Fold the orange juice mixture into the cream cheese batter to create a swirl effect.
- Pour the batter over the chilled crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 45 minutes.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool, then chill it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, garnish with orange slices, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Notes
For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest. Make sure to let the cream cheese come to room temperature for a smooth mixture.
