Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • Cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in the water and stir it into the orange juice.
  5. Fold the orange juice mixture into the cream cheese batter to create a swirl effect.
  6. Pour the batter over the chilled crust.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (163°C) for 45 minutes.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then chill it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, top with whipped cream, garnish with orange slices, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes

For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest. Make sure to let the cream cheese come to room temperature for a smooth mixture.
