- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Orange slices for garnish
- Cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Dissolve the gelatin in water and stir it into the orange juice.
- Gently fold the orange mixture into the cream cheese batter to create a swirl effect.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chilled crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 45 minutes. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream, orange slices, and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother batter. Use different citrus flavors if desired.
