Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • Cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in water and stir it into the orange juice.
  4. Gently fold the orange mixture into the cream cheese batter to create a swirl effect.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the chilled crust.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F for 45 minutes. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream, orange slices, and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother batter. Use different citrus flavors if desired.
