Quick and delicious Zesty Fish Tacos topped with a spicy lime sauce, perfect for a light and healthy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs white fish (cod, tilapia, halibut, or mahi-mahi)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Your choice of toppings (shredded cabbage, avocado slices, diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, and cumin.
- Coat the fish with the spice mixture until well covered.
- Cook the fish for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the fish from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Flake the fish into pieces using a fork.
- Serve the flaked fish in tacos with your choice of toppings and drizzle with sriracha lime sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet before serving.
