A refreshing and easy marinade that enhances the natural flavors of salmon with citrus and herbs.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, dill, and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillets in a resealable bag or shallow dish, then pour the marinade over the top.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or oven.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
- Grill or bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate for up to 2 hours. Use fresh herbs for the best taste.
