Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup mixed green vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, and cucumbers)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sliced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano, cooking until chicken is cooked through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and stir well.
- Lay tortillas on a flat surface and place an equal amount of the cooked chicken and mixed green vegetables on each.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm or cold.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different vegetables and toppings. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken before cooking.
