Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup mixed green vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, and cucumbers)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sliced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano, cooking until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken and stir well.
  3. Lay tortillas on a flat surface and place an equal amount of the cooked chicken and mixed green vegetables on each.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm or cold.
