A colorful and delicious cheesecake combining creamy cheesecake and crunchy Oreos, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz (680g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon yellow food coloring
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Whipped cream for decoration
  • Mini Oreos for decoration
  • Yellow velvet cake crumbs for decoration
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Oreo crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add the sugar and mix well. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Mix in yellow food coloring and crushed Oreos.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter into the cooled crust. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until set. Let it cool in the oven with the door slightly open for one hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before removing it from the pan.
  5. Heat the white chocolate chips and heavy cream in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the ganache over the cheesecake. Decorate with whipped cream, mini Oreos, yellow velvet cake crumbs, and sprinkles. Enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to soften the cream cheese and use room temperature eggs for a smoother batter.
