Ingredients
Scale
- 1 small whole cauliflower
- 1/3 cup plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the cauliflower and remove the leaves.
- In a bowl, mix the plant-based yogurt, turmeric, and red chili powder to form a marinade.
- Coat the cauliflower in the marinade thoroughly.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until it’s golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Leftover roasted cauliflower can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes.
