A delicious twist on traditional pizza featuring creamy ricotta and gooey mozzarella topped with sautéed greens.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (low moisture)
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan or pecorino
- 1–2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Sautéed greens (e.g., spinach or kale)
- Pizza dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle sliced garlic evenly over it.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly across the surface of the dough.
- Add the shredded mozzarella on top of the ricotta.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan or pecorino over the mozzarella.
- Top with sautéed greens.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
Notes
Serve hot and enjoy with a fresh salad or mixed greens. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
