White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Donuts

Delightful donuts filled with creamy strawberry filling and topped with a rich white chocolate drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • Pink food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray for easy release.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar. Whisk them together until well-mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, large eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. For the filling, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
  7. Slice each cooled donut in half horizontally. Generously fill each donut with the strawberry cream filling.
  8. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over each filled donut. Optionally, mix in a few drops of pink food coloring into the melted chocolate before drizzling.
  9. Allow the donuts to set for a few minutes before enjoying!

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
