Description
Delicious baked donuts filled with strawberry cream and topped with white chocolate.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- Pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Fill the donut pan halfway with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the donuts cool completely.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries.
- Slice each donut in half horizontally and fill them with the strawberry cream mixture.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over each donut, adding pink food coloring if desired. Let the donuts set for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve the donuts fresh, great with coffee or tea. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
