Instructions
- Make the Chocolate Cheesecake Layer: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the cocoa powder, sour cream, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract until creamy and well combined.
- Make the Whipped Cream Layer: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Parfaits: In individual parfait glasses, layer the chocolate cheesecake mixture, followed by graham cracker crumbs, then whipped cream. Repeat until the glasses are full.
