Instructions
- Make the Chocolate Cheesecake Layer: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the cocoa powder, sour cream, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Make the Whipped Cream Layer: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Parfaits: In individual parfait glasses, layer the chocolate cheesecake mixture, graham cracker crumbs, and whipped cream. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
- Garnish and Serve: Top parfaits with chocolate shavings if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
