- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pureed watermelon, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and seal well.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop into bowls and enjoy.
Notes
For added crunch, sprinkle some extra pistachios on top before serving. You can also drizzle chocolate syrup or honey over the ice cream.
