A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with traditional tiramisu flavors of coffee and mascarpone.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined, then press into the bottom of the springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Blend in the mascarpone cheese, strong coffee, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then spread over the cooled cheesecake.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular strong coffee. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before adding the whipped cream.
