Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with traditional tiramisu flavors of coffee and mascarpone.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined, then press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Blend in the mascarpone cheese, strong coffee, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool completely.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then spread over the cooled cheesecake.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular strong coffee. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before adding the whipped cream.
