Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with the classic flavors of tiramisu and a hint of coffee.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Blend in the mascarpone cheese, strong coffee, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. After baking, let the cheesecake cool down completely.
  7. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then spread it evenly over the cooled cheesecake.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
