A rich and creamy cheesecake infused with the classic flavors of tiramisu and a hint of coffee.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup strong coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Blend in the mascarpone cheese, strong coffee, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- After baking, let the cheesecake cool down completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then spread it evenly over the cooled cheesecake.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
