A rich and creamy cheesecake combining coffee and caramel flavors, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 150g sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100ml caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm it up.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Dissolve the instant coffee in a tablespoon of hot water and mix it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the heavy cream, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract, blending everything together well.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to let it set properly.
  7. Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with coffee beans and a dusting of coffee powder.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother texture. Optionally, adjust coffee amount for a stronger flavor.
