- 200g chocolate cookie crumbs
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 150g sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100ml caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with the melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm it up.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Dissolve the instant coffee in a tablespoon of hot water and mix it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the heavy cream, caramel sauce, and vanilla extract, blending everything together well.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to let it set properly.
- Before serving, garnish the cheesecake with coffee beans and a dusting of coffee powder.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother texture. Optionally, adjust coffee amount for a stronger flavor.
