Description

A quick and healthy Vegetable Stir Fry packed with colorful veggies and full of flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced carrots and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Finally, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of soy sauce. Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet for crisp vegetables.
