- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once the ice cream is at a soft-serve consistency, drizzle in the pumpkin seed oil and swirl it gently with a spatula.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve and enjoy your vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of extra pumpkin seed oil on top!
