Description

A creamy vanilla ice cream with a unique nutty twist from pumpkin seed oil, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seed oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Once the ice cream is at a soft-serve consistency, drizzle in the pumpkin seed oil and swirl it gently with a spatula.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Serve and enjoy your vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of extra pumpkin seed oil on top!

Notes

Make sure all your ingredients are cold for the best texture. Don’t rush the churning process for creamier ice cream.
