- 500 grams chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup semisweet baking chocolate, melted
- 2 liters vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 12 cherries in syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted margarine and crushed chocolate chip cookies until well mixed.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a cake pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- Once the crust is cool, spread the vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust.
- Drizzle the melted semisweet chocolate over the ice cream.
- Top with whipped cream and arrange cherries on top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure the cookie crust is completely cool before adding ice cream. You can use different toppings like nuts or sprinkles for extra flavor.
