Description

A delightful dessert combining a rich chocolate chip cookie crust with creamy vanilla ice cream, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet baking chocolate, melted
  • 2 liters vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 cherries in syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted margarine and crushed chocolate chip cookies until well mixed.
  3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a cake pan to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
  5. Once the crust is cool, spread the vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust.
  6. Drizzle the melted semisweet chocolate over the ice cream.
  7. Top with whipped cream and arrange cherries on top.
  8. Freeze for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure the cookie crust is completely cool before adding ice cream. You can use different toppings like nuts or sprinkles for extra flavor.
