Ingredients

- 1 large ciabatta roll or crusty sandwich loaf
- 2 slices smoked ham
- 2 slices roasted turkey
- 4 slices Genoa salami
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2–3 slices ripe tomato
- Red onion slices (optional)
- Mayo and mustard (to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
- Spread mayo and mustard on both cut sides of the bread.
- Layer provolone cheese on the bottom half.
- Stack ham, turkey, and salami slices generously.
- Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and optional onion.
- Close the sandwich, press slightly, and slice in half to serve.
