Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large ciabatta roll or crusty sandwich loaf
  • 2 slices smoked ham
  • 2 slices roasted turkey
  • 4 slices Genoa salami
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 23 slices ripe tomato
  • Red onion slices (optional)
  • Mayo and mustard (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
  2. Spread mayo and mustard on both cut sides of the bread.
  3. Layer provolone cheese on the bottom half.
  4. Stack ham, turkey, and salami slices generously.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and optional onion.
  6. Close the sandwich, press slightly, and slice in half to serve.
