Ingredients

- 1.5 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1.5 qt chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup blue raspberry sherbet, softened
- 1 cup grape sherbet, softened
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup edible glitter
- 1/4 cup star-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- In a 9-inch springform pan, layer the softened vanilla ice cream.
- Add the chocolate ice cream on top and smooth it out.
- Add a layer of blue raspberry sherbet, followed by the grape sherbet, smoothing each layer as you go.
- Sprinkle the top with crushed chocolate cookies.
- Cover the pan and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, drizzle hot fudge and caramel sauce over the cake.
- Spread whipped cream on top, then sprinkle with edible glitter and star sprinkles.
- Freeze for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
- To serve, remove from the springform pan and cut into slices.
