Description

A colorful and delicious ice cream cake that’s perfect for parties and summer gatherings, featuring layers of ice cream and fun toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1.5 qt chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup blue raspberry sherbet, softened
  • 1 cup grape sherbet, softened
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup edible glitter
  • 1/4 cup star-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a 9-inch springform pan, layer the softened vanilla ice cream.
  2. Add the chocolate ice cream on top and smooth it out.
  3. Add a layer of blue raspberry sherbet, followed by the grape sherbet, smoothing each layer as you go.
  4. Sprinkle the top with crushed chocolate cookies.
  5. Cover the pan and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Once firm, drizzle hot fudge and caramel sauce over the cake.
  7. Spread whipped cream on top, then sprinkle with edible glitter and star sprinkles.
  8. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
  9. To serve, remove from the springform pan and cut into slices.
