Ingredients

- 1.5 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1.5 qt chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup blue raspberry sherbet, softened
- 1 cup grape sherbet, softened
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup edible glitter
- 1/4 cup star-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Take a 9-inch springform pan and layer the softened vanilla ice cream at the bottom.
- Next, add the chocolate ice cream and smooth it out.
- Add the blue raspberry sherbet layer, followed by the grape sherbet.
- Smooth each layer to create even and nice-looking layers.
- Sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies on top.
- Put the pan in the freezer for 240 minutes or until the cake is firm.
- When ready to serve, drizzle hot fudge and caramel sauce over the cake.
- Spread the whipped cream on top, then sprinkle with edible glitter and star sprinkles.
- Freeze for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
- Carefully remove from the springform pan and slice into wedges to serve.
Notes
Make sure all ice cream and sherbet are softened before layering for easier spreading. Feel free to use different flavors to customize.
