- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 package (11 oz) caramel bits
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

- Sprinkle 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of pecans over the caramel.
- Dollop remaining cake batter over the filling and spread gently.

- Let the cake cool on a wire rack for about 2 hours.
- Spread chocolate fudge frosting over the cooled cake and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and pecans.
Notes
Ensure eggs and milk are at room temperature for better mixing. Stir continuously when making the caramel to prevent burning.
