Delicious and easy Turkey Stuffing Balls are made with leftover turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing, perfect for snacks or appetizers.

- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups stuffing
- 1 cup shredded turkey
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, stuffing, shredded turkey, Parmesan cheese, and the beaten egg until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll the balls in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the turkey stuffing balls in the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides (about 4-5 minutes).
- Once cooked through, remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use leftover turkey for extra flavor. Ensure the mashed potatoes are not too runny to help the balls hold together. Add spices or herbs for extra taste.
